I love old hymns. The lyrics are rich with the gospel of the salvation that is in Jesus Christ. The past few weeks at church we have been singing one that is new to me; "O Love that will not let me go." While this hymn was written many, many years ago, one of my favorite artists, Sandra McCracken, re-wrote the melody and recorded it.
The first verse says: "O love that will not let me go, I rest my weary soul in Thee. I give to Thee the life I owe, that in its ocean depths may flow, and richer fuller be."
It is my prayer that all members of the body of Christ would give our lives fully to our Creator and Redeemer, and in doing so experience "the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God" and his precious, glorious, breathtaking gospel!

Rejoicing in Salvation

Jocelyn, Johanna, and Jennifer, three sisters by blood and by faith, are using this blog in order to share with the world, each other, and our brothers and sisters in Christ, the lessons and loves that Christ reveals to us as we live our lives for him. We hope and pray that the writing posted on this blog we speak truth and encouragement to all who stumble across it.
We love you and pray that you would see the glory of God and the precious beauty of the gospel of Jesus Christ, today.
"May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
be pleasing in your sight,
O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer."
Psalm 19:14
